Ramin is my real estate broker. He just finished selling my house at 103 Old Colony Rd, and helped us purchase our new home. When you read my background, you will see that I have very eclectic tastes. When we decided to sell our house on Old Colony, the condition was that I would first find a home that I felt comfortable in. Not any easy task. But Ramin was brilliant in his understanding of who I was and what were my very specific tastes.

It took him two showings of different homes and bingo he found the perfect home from my wife and I to live in. Trust me, no easy feat. He then was given the daunting task of selling our home on Old Colony. Two weeks into the process, he found us the right buyer at the right price point.

Ramin, is incredibly sensitive, has a great sense of taste and most importantly, is one of the few people I know, “who say what they mean and mean what they say”.

He is a gem.

After a terrible experience with our previous agent (who was not able to sell our condo during the peak season for 90 days), my husband and I were left with disappointment, despair, frustration and we wanted to give up on our plans of upgrading to a home. Insert Ramin Khaze! Ramin came highly recommended by a family friend who raved about his experience with Ramin. Ramin took the time to meet with us and patiently listened to our grievances from the previous experience. He made sure to make note of the pain points and ensured that his dealings with us were exactly the opposite if not better!  When he tells you that he is available at anytime of the day, he IS available anytime of the day.  Between my husband and I, we were texting, calling, and emailing at all hours of the day/night and Ramin would respond almost instantaneously. The man does not sleep!  It is no wonder that he was able to sell our 2 story penthouse unit within 4 days of going to market (and at the price that we wanted!).

His work ethic, integrity, empathy, and knowledge shows through in his personality and he has gone from being just our agent to a good friend.  If he can’t answer a question (which is rare), he will find someone who will answer our questions.

He brings honesty with his opinions and would not suggest something that he himself wouldn’t do.

We have referred him to many of our friends and all have come back to thank us for such a great referral! It goes without saying that Ramin will always be our go to guy from now on.

After a few months with no success working with a different agent and frustrations growing, my wife and I were directed to Ramin by a mutual friend. Within a day he had prepared a comprehensive list of places to see and made sure we understood that there was no pressure to buy the wrong place. All agents say that there is no pressure, but having worked with numerous ones, you can always tell when they want you to buy a place because they are sick of showing you places.

Ramin knows the city as well as any agent but he has the patience to make sure you see every place.

He gave his honest opinion of each place and took care of all the little things when we finally bought the place that I wouldn't have thought of. He had a home inspector and lawyer ready to go, and spent hours dealing with the seller that couldn't manage to do anything right.

After we moved in he constantly checked in to make sure we didn't need anything. I would recommend him to anyone - and have already done so for family members.
